The locals card is a initiative from the Tacking Point Tavern (TPT) to ensure that our regular local clientele continues to get great value in return for their valued support. As such members of the Tavern are privileged to an ongoing locals price for goods and services that the Tavern provides. From time to time this will include special offers such as Locals Card parties and other ongoing promotions that patrons will receive as valued locals.
Following are conditions for the use of the Tacking Point Tavern (TPT) Locals Card (LC)
The LC is for locals only. The definition of a local will be as decided by the management of the TPT but is generally for people who live on the Ports Coast or regular visits of the Ports Coast at management's discretion…
The LC will always remain the property of TPT.
The LC is non transferrable and only the cardholder should use the card.
ID maybe asked for in conjunction with the card as proof that you are the cardholder.
Should a card be found to be used by anyone other than the cardholder then that card will be confiscated until the true owner redeems it.
Application to the TPT LC is free.
To become a card holder, an application form must be completed. These forms are available from the bar. You may be asked for ID as proof that you live in the Ports Coast region.
LC will be sent out to you in the mail and not issued at the time of application.
The LC is only open to persons 18 years and over.
LC can be replaced or deleted at the sole discretion of TPT management.
TPT reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the use of the LC at anytime and the amended Terms and Conditions will be posted in due course.
TPT reserves the right to end the scheme at ant time and without notice.
TPT may contact you directly with promotional material directly relating to LC.
TPT LC will also give you entry to the TPT card draw. This takes place between 6.30pm-7.30pm on Wednesday nights.
Lost LC cards can be replaced with a cost of $10. You will need to fill out a lost membership form which is available from the bar.
Staff can apply for a LC and receive discounted drinks, but cannot go into the Wednesday's night Draw or Raffle as staff policy.
